Shipping, Stock and Returns

 

COLOURWAYS

All items on sade&grace are handmade by me. Colourways are dependent on the availability of yarn. For this reason, you may find that I only have a limited range, or a customised piece may not be available at your requested time.

Due to the nature of dying yarn, shades of the same colourway may vary due to different lots and yarn brands being used for different pieces.

 

READY-TO-SHIP STOCK

We aim to restock ready-to-ship items on a rolling basis. However, since it is only one person making these items, more time may be needed in order to accommodate this.

Due to the handmade nature of these items, please accommodate for slight variations of the same piece.

 

SHIPPING

Currently shipping is only within the UK. UK delivery times are estimated at 2-5 days after shipping.

ready-to-ship items are sent within 7 days of ordering

custom items are sent within 21 days of ordering

Once items have been shipped, I no longer take responsibility for any lost, damaged or delayed items.

 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Due to the custom nature of the items, returns, exchanges and refunds will not be accepted. 

 

LOST & FAILED-TO-DELIVER ITEMS

If the wrong address was added at checkout and the order fails to be delivered, contact me within 30 days of purchasing to schedule another delivery. After 30 days, a redelivery will not be possible. I will not be responsible for the redelivery shipping costs.

If the tracking information states an order as delivered, a return/refund cannot be accepted. If the shipping address was entered correctly and the parcel cannot be located, I am happy to post a replacement.
